I have several ground breaking ideas/inventions that I would love to share with the world. However, because of their nature, I do not want some greedy bastard to get a hold of them and put a patent on it and prevent my ideas from being freely implemented by myself and/or others. I wouldn’t mind if someone built hundreds or thousands or millions of these (It would actually make me VERY happy) and sold them even if their price was outrageous and I never saw a penny, I just don’t want anyone to be able to prevent anyone else from producing them and I do want the credit for my ideas, even if I don‘t want the money. In order to achieve this, would I have to hold a the patent for these technologies? If so are there special patents that don’t restrict others from making or selling these things, but at the same time prevent them from legally taking credit for MY ideas? Some of these ideas/inventions may already be patented but, I’m to afraid of in the process of trying to find out if they are, I‘ll leak to much info and someone might steal them! I know this is probably just paranoia but, It’s happened a lot in history and these inventions are by their simplistic nature, very profound.
